The Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG Corte Giara is a sweet wine, that evokes all the traditions of Valpolicella. Its fruit concentration is really intese, with notes of black cherry, blueberry jam, black pepper and cloves. In the mouth it is surprisingly fresh, with ripe smooth tannins that support the sweetness given by the residual sugar. It is very long with black and red ripe fruit notes that prolong the aftertaste sensations.
